Chloé is so back!

The fashion house is bringing the 70s home again (without the brain fog)

Chloé Today in Paris:

The Winter 2024 collection premiere introduced Chemena Kamali as the new leader at the fashion house. Transitioning from working at Chloé under Phoebe Philo and Clare Wright before joining Anthony Vaccarello at Saint Laurent, Kamali's ascent isn't just about style; it's a significant milestone as the sole woman reigning over the luxury fashion realm after a considerable period.

The show featured a ruffled ivory mini dress with elongated sleeves that fluttered beneath a cropped black poncho, worn with square-toe flats, aviator shades, and a gold charm statement necklace)

Banana-handle bags, clever blouses, belts with the Chloé logo script across the front, and updated classics like patchwork jeans and ethereal sheer caftan-shaped dresses. The hems of some dresses were tucked into the front of one thigh-high boot, which was a chic, fluid-feeling styling trick

By taking inspo from the Chloé archives and using the brand’s past experiences to “look into the past and the future simultaneously." Kamali has led Chloé back to its roots, paying homage to Gaby Aghion and innovating.

She wanted to liberate women from the stiffness of couture,” Kamali said. “She wanted women to be able to be free, to move and go to work but still feel a sense of youthful spirit, of spontaneity.
